Exellent location in the middle of the old town beside the Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc. availabe very near.

Eravamo stati già 3 anni fa in questa struttura e dovendo ritornare a Cesena abbiamo voluto tornare a soggiornare dal sig. Giovanni. Posizione centralissima, ottimi servizi ed accoglienza.

The bathroom is quite small and the bidet toilet seat was not comfortable to use as a bidet (I prefer a separate bidet)

The property is located in downtown Cesena, and it is a stylish old apartment, which satisfies the needs of a single traveller. I particularly like the apartments tiling, especially in the bathroom. The host is a charming fellow, who uses a translator to communicate with the guests if they don’t speak Italian. There are quite a few breakfast options in the apartment. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and fast, but it does have its downtimes. The apartment has air-conditioning, but I did not use it.

let me preface this by saying that I am a light sleeper, and I am particularly sensitive to noise. One of the reasons why I booked the apartment was that it was declared by multiple reviews that it is quiet for downtown Cesena. This is partially true, especially between 11 pm and 8 am. However, there are multiple sets of bellringing from the town churches starting from about 8:30 until 10-ish, and unless you use of white noise machine like I do, it is very hard to avoid hearing this. Additionally, one thing that is not described, is that there are three businesses on the same floor as you, including a dentist’s office, and two lawyer’s offices, all of these venues receive clients from 8 am in regular work time. since the staircase itself is spacious and echoes and there is a large glass door that prevents people from coming in, this means that there are quite a lot of loud, banging noises from around 8 am onwards, as people travel up the staircase. One thing to note here is that this is downtown, so your windows will look towards two restaurants, that are fairly well visited throughout the day and especially during the early evening hours up until 11.
