È in centro, pulito e adatto ad un piccolo gruppo di persone.

L'appartamento è al piano terra, buio e umido. Il wifi non funziona bene.

Letto impraticabile

The only good think about this apartment is location and thats where it ends. It was dirty, no hot water, almost no toilet paper (I will upload the picture how much we found and there was no more anywhere). The manager never replied to messages and then we called him he was rude and the guy who must let us in didn’t speak English at all so we have to wait for 40min on the rain while he let us in. Terrible experience, it should be removed from booking by booking itself!

BAD SMALL (CAT)

Great location despite no view. Clean linen and towels. Good heating. Reasonable price compared to Orvieto hotels. Very quiet. Lovely brick ceiling above comfortable bed.

No warning ( probably because of work on roof) that there was no wifi, no TV signal, no mobile phone connection. Probably impossible to get this fixed on NewYear weekend but we would have appreciated some communication with owner as to effort made. A little half-hearted approach? Wall clock not working, no brochures on the town or the jazz festival programme, dirty sofa cover and kitchen mat, very basic equipment. No iron. None of this was a real problem (except for wifi) but the small things would have made us feel more welcome.

It was clean and big

Bad direction we were walking with 3 other families of guests trying to find the place.one group of guests were Italian and they were not happy so it was not a language issue ,It was night and we couldn't get the owner we were waiting outside with all our bags after a long day of walking flying and commuting. After we got him on the phone he let us wait for 40 minutes because of some unknown problem. He didn't care to share or later to apologize or come to see all is ok.not to us and not to the other guests. The owner was sloppy Short on the phone and a bit rude he Send his very old father to do his job ,The father was lovely but didn't speak any English. You don't have a parking place next to the place . Even though he said he has one next to the place . You can't park in Orvieto if you are not local . One family of guests from Canada needed to park so he sent them to park down stairs next To the bus station (not so close) late at night but apparently you cannot do that either and in the morning the car was towed. they were very nice family that pland there trip for years It was their dream to travel in Italy and instead they were wasting precious time and money on Stoopid stuff. In shorts it was all about the money not about giving a nice experience, accommodating or helping the guests and visitors.

Amazing home and place very clean an cozy home suite families... The host was very nice and helpful.. Amazing stay and place . Once in a life time experience.
