Le Case sul Parco

Accueil par le propriétaire, très sympathique, avec plein de conseils, merci à lui. Immeuble avec terrasse, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare miglirina, parfait pour aller explorer les 5 Terre (attention pas de guichet et 1 seule machine, prendre ses billets à l'avance pour éviter les embouteillages). Un supermarché à côté, quelques bons petits restaurants pas loin, un parc. Très bon appartement pour 4 personnes, lits très confortables.

Je conseille cet appartement pour 4 personnes mais pas plus (Si plus de 4, Il faut dormir sur le canapé lit du salon, pas très confortable et plus de place).

The apartment has everything a family needs. The washing machine was a big advantage. Also, the nearby park has a playground and green are for play for the kids. Bus stop is just a minute away and there is a large supermarket around the corner. Private and secure car parking is also available in the private courtyard.

It was one of the best places i've ever stayed at. Really easy to get to from the train station which is 5 minutes away by foot. You have everything you need around you. From supermarket to drug store to bakery and a shopping mall. The host was super helpful with giving us travel tips and what places were worth visiting saving us a lot of time and money.

Since we were 5 people, sharing 1 key was a hassle. I would suggest having two keys for the appartment for future guests. Everything else was perfect!

The owner was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was beautiful, very clean and fully equipped. The train station is near , so Cinque Terre is only 20 minutes far by train. Also there is an Esselunga supermarket only 2 minutes walk .

We really appreciated the owners being able to meet with us at short notice to hand over the keys when our travel arrangements meant it was difficult for us to provide an exact arrival time. Marco and his wife made us feel welcome and despite our non-existent italian language skills we were able to communicate and make sure all the basics were taken care of (keys, bins/recycling, local places to eat, ...). There is a very well stocked supermarket just round the corner from the apartment, and the local railway station is 5-10 mins walk away.

The location is about 30 minutes walk in to the centre of la Spezia, which is fine for the first day or two. We were pleased that the local buses run frequently and tickets are available from most local newspaper shops as we were staying a whole week.

It was a nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds

The location is a driving distance to the train station for Cinque Terry and is not a walking distance
