I recently stayed in Sanremo and had a wonderful experience. The location is exceptionally beautiful, with calm beaches right in front, making it fantastic for families with small children. It's just a 6 to 8-minute drive to the center of Sanremo. The apartment was spacious, featuring a spectacular sea-view terrace. The building was lovely, and the bathroom had been completely modernized, unlike the photos in the listing. The host was attentive, friendly, and available at all times.

However, there were some drawbacks that affected my comfort during my stay in the last week of July, when temperatures reached 34°C. The apartment lacked air conditioning, making nights uncomfortable due to the heat. It only had a pedestal fan, which was insufficient for the entire space. Additionally, there was no internet for the five days of my stay, forcing my family of four to rely on mobile data at night.

The location is great, with wonderful view and very quiet, but also close enough from the center of Sanremo.

The apartment is in dire need of a refurbishment. The furniture is old and depreciated, the blankets were dusty and the temperature inside could not be adjusted (it was rather cold) .
