Lora Center apartment

Excellent location! Close to everything.

Location is perfect. Doesn’t get better… right in the old town. Minutes from the Lake. Near restaurants, supermarkets, bars… BTW, the restaurant Piazza Roma was excellent and literally a two minute walk. Lora met us in the rain and guided us in. We paid extra for parking. I did think the parking was too expensive at first but Lora has to do paperwork with the police as the apartment is in the resident only zone and it is camera controlled. The fee seems reasonable after learning about that. I parked two motorcycles in her garage. The apartment is on the first floor and has steps up but they will be easy for almost everyone. The place is well appointed, has almost everything you would need. It was clean and comfortable. There is WiFi, a washing machine, an airer, a smart TV. Nice decor. I really couldn’t have asked for more. To be that central, offering parking and so close to everything. For two, or maybe four people (sofa bed) the place is perfect.

The location was fantastic...close to the city centre and right on Lake Como. Lora, the host was welcoming and helpful...particularly in organising our car parking - greatly appreciated ;)

Very nice apartment in just the most perfect location! I loved staying here, felt super safe as a single travelling female and also had my fully packed car locked safely just on the premises.

Great location, beautiful apartment and Lora couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely little treats in the fridge and table on our arrival. We booked here half an hour prior to turning up.

Only thing that I could make comment on was the wifi never connected or when it did, it was very weak and only for a short space of time.

Everything was wonderful! Lora was very accommodating and available when we booked last minute. Location is spectacular and very easy to navigate with a car, the option for parking was a bonus, the bathroom was a good size and kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of light, windows and outlets to charge all the things. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Located a block off the lake and inside the old town. It’s just one little easy flight of stairs up and down. Loved it and will definitely book again if we return!

Not Lora’s fault but the parking is not included in the booking fee. That was easy to miss in the listing, but well worth the additional 20€. Just make sure to arrange in advance because she needs to meet you for initial access.
