1. Clean 2. Location 3. Toiletries were more than the standard that is usually provided. 4. Very good wifi 5. Very flexible and responsive host, granted early check in, and late check out. 6. Location 7. The way the room was decorated. 8. Air conditioning worked instantly

The place was impeccable, only one minor inconvenience: Stairs were challenging since we had 2 big and heavy luggage.
