La totale assenza di assistenza nel momento in cui abbiamo prospettato la problematica che il condizionatore non funzionasse, richiedendo una stufetta per la notte, poiché era freddo. Il fatto che ogni 10 minuti saltasse il salvavita delle prese elettriche. La pulizia veramente molto scarsa dell'ambiente.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof Porta Nuova entfernt und in wenigen Minuten ist man in der historischen Altstadt. Das Apartment ist groß und hell, das Bett fand ich sehr bequemt. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof hört man nachts die Züge, aber es ist nicht zu laut und ich konnte gut schlafen.

Die Sicherung springt oft heraus, aber vielleicht ist das durch Renovierungsarbeiten im Haus begründet. Die Arbeiten selbst habe ich jedoch nicht gehört.

The fist time you arrive , you send a WhatsApp message and they open the front door . The key you can get from a security box next to the room . We were offered a late check-in because we arrived a little too early or maybe there was a misunderstanding . The position is the best in Torino , you can walk everywhere. The shower box is not big but it is just ok for us, we are medium size . The customer support is great . During check-in online you sign a pdf that looks like a b&b room contract for a few days .

Some minor issues , but all manageable . ( Like a funny smell from the shower room at night , but we just closed the door and it was ok. We prioritize location since most Torino buildings are all quite old , so it is all the same everywhere .

El apartamento tenía un problema con el desagüe del lavabo ya presente al llegar. No era posible usar ese lavabo y la sospecha es que el atasco empeorase al usar lavabo ducha o el inodoro Había además un olor en la estancia que no permitía una habitabilidad cómoda. No nos ofrecieron solución inmediata. No es comprensible que un defecto así (evidente seguro durante el proceso de limpieza y preparación del apartamento, se mantenga oculto al cliente a su llegada.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, ο χώρος μέσα.

Πολύ φτωχό σε είδη κουζίνας όπως ποτήρια πιάτα μαχαιροπήρουνα κλπ, ο νιπτήρας βουλωμενος, είχε μια μυρωδιά ασχημη που πιστεύω έβγαινε από το χώρο του μπάνιου. Βασικά με λίγα χρήματα ο ιδιοκτήτης θα μπορεί να το εξοπλίσει κατάλληλα και να γίνει εξαιρετικό.

Very good location, close to metro station, Porta Nuova railway station, old town. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay.

It was very difficult to get the key when entering the apartment for the first time. The apartment is next to a street where a tram goes, so light sleepers may have a problem if they want to sleep with the window open. There was a bad smell of sewage coming from the toilet. The shower is very narrow, about 60 cm wide!

A really smart and comfortable flat, in a nice building. Location couldn't be bettered - near both station and historic town center.

Getting in on arrival was slightly complicated (the outer door had to be opened remotely the first time, and then we weren't sure where to go to find the flat) but once we were in, it was fine. Husband bashed head on sloping ceiling of bedroom the first night, but says if you pay attention it's fine.
