The issues we encountered include (but are not limited to): 1. Severe lack of cleanliness The apartment was in a completely unhygienic condition: • There was hair all over the floor, on the toilet, and in the bathroom. • The towels provided were dirty and heavily stained. • The space had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. 2. Toxic and hazardous environment • The ceiling was covered in mold, and at one point, mold actually fell on our clothes and furniture (nightstand). • There was a constant, unbearable mold smell that made it almost impossible to breathe. • After 5 days inside, all of our clothes were damp, smelly, and impregnated with the odor of mold. • We literally breathed mold for 5 days, which is dangerous and unacceptable. 3. Lack of essential amenities • The property had no internet as advertised. • There was no mobile phone signal inside, making communication impossible. 4. False and misleading property description • The apartment is actually a converted garage, located right on the street. • There were no proper windows or sound insulation – everything happening outside was clearly audible. • There were no secure locks or proper doors – we were forced to rely on a metal grill for security, and we constantly felt unsafe. • The listing photos and description were completely misleading and did not reflect the real condition of the place. ⸻ This experience ruined our entire trip. We felt unsafe, physically unwell, and mentally distressed throughout the stay. The environment was uninhabitable and posed serious health risks, particularly due to the mold exposure.

I liked that the accommodation was clean and El made contact with us before arrival and he was on time to meet us.

I did not like that the booking said there was wifi, yet there was NO WIFI available at the accommodation.
