Great location. Our 2nd stay at Manila House. Got a smaller room, but worked just fine. EMANUELA was very helpful through the whole process. Park at P9 and it’s a 2 minute walk. Step outside door and you’re at Piazza Grande.

Emanuela fue un excelente anfitriona, estuvo atenta a todo y respondió rápidamente todas nuestras consultas, muy recomendable. El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Había de todo, café, vino, cerveza, indicaciones de lugares de interés y además una carpeta con toda la información sobre Montepulciano, volveremos!!! Gracias Emanuela!!!!

location was great, just in the middle of the old city. the apartment was big and comfortable, great shower and Emanuela was welcoming and responsive.

Free parking is somewhat far away and requires a steep uphill walk.

Right in the middle of historic center. Very cozy apartment, small but functional and very well decorated. Coffee and tea available as well as some toasts for breakfast. Lots of good recommendations for tourism in the area from the host

ManillaHouse is an absolutely fantastic place to stay! The location is excellent, and the host is incredibly warm and welcoming. They were genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay—from answering our inquiries before arrival to assisting us on check-in day and even when we departed. Since we were two women traveling together, the host went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage, researching transportation options for us, and calling a taxi. The room itself has everything you could need, including coffee, tea, and snacks. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—much better than a hotel!

Nádherné ubytování, dokonale vybavená koupelna a kuchyňský kout. Zdarma káva, čaj, tousty a marmeláda. Majitelka úžasná. Moc doporučuji.

Everything about our stay was awesome. Emanuela was so welcoming and friendly and also recommended a great local restaurant for dinner. The apartment had a wonderfully authentic old-fashioned style to match its location in a heritage building by the Piazza Grande, but with all the necessary contemporary finishing touches and fittings to make you feel comfortable (eg kitchen and shower). Emanuela also provided everything you might need in the kitchen, including complimentary coffee and toast for breakfast, which was great.
