Location and cleanliness

Stairs to enter the property were steep, this should be made clearer

The property is beautifully decorated and the location is incredible.

Like a hotel room, the power only works when you have the key card inserted so it means you can only do laundry when you are home (you can’t put a load on and then go do sightseeing for example). Also, there is nowhere to hang bath towels.

PERFECT Location!! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. There is a shower and a bathroom in both bedrooms which was so convenient. The kitchen had everything you need for the stay. Julia was so nice and helpful, she assisted us with every question. Totally recommend.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie w świetnej lokalizacji (przy wejściu na stare miasto). Przemiła Giulia, która przywitała nas w dniu przyjazdu i przekazała wiele praktycznych wskazówek dotyczących pobytu w Monopoli (dot. m.in. parkingu, z którego korzystaliśmy cały pobyt czy restauracji). Czyściutko, wyposażony aneks kuchenny, płyta indukcyjna i piekarnik, pralka, bardzo ładna łazienka. Nie było problemu z umówieniem się na odbiór kluczy w dniu przyjazdu.

Brak czajnika elektrycznego w kuchni. Strome schody bez windy, ale to wiedzieliśmy przed przyjazdem :) Brak wieszaków w łazience.

The apartment was exactly as described. Accommodations were spacious, had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Giulia met us and shared recommendations which we appreciated. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

I guess the stairs at first glance are intimidating (apartment is not on ground floor) when we arrived with our luggage but we got used to it.

Fantastyczny apartament w samym centrum. Najlepsza lokalizacja. Bardzo czysto, ładny design. Wszystko jak nowe. Rewelacyjny balkon z widokiem na ulicę. Rewelacja.

Jedyny minus to schody. Wysokie i strome, zwłaszcza z bagażem :) Ale jest to drobnostka.

It was nice, clean & comfortable. Great location.

A deposit of 200 euro was taken. I signed the paper work without reading it assuming this deposit will be given back straight away but it was not given back for 23 business days. Didn’t appreciate that not being communicated. If we gave it in cash, would have received it back within 48 hours, only realised this when we were following up our deposit after a week, so if you book, give cash. Also took hours to get told the wifi password. Were told it will be in info sent after she left but had to request it a few times before receiving it. We were 4 people for 3 nights and only given 2 rolls of toilet paper. Lots of steep stairs to get up to apartment in which we were aware from other reviews and fine if you have someone able to carry your suitcases up.
