Spacious well equipped, comfortable apartment was perfectly located.

We liked everything about the apartment but found 4 flights of stairs challenging after a day of touring cinque terre. However, I would stay there again despite the climb.

Davide was a great host, he met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and advise how to operate the appliances etc. The apartment was a convenient 5 mins walk from the train station and was right in the shopping and restaurant precinct. The apartment was beautifully clean and had everything needed for a short or long stay in La Spezia. The apartment had a washing machine and powder was provided, together with a clothes airer for wet washing and iron and ironing board. The apartment was tastefully decorated with nice furnishings rather than the sterile IKEA type furniture I have encountered in the past. The bathroom was roomy, very clean and had everything needed. We found La Spezia a convenient location for visiting Cinque Terre away from the crowds staying in the villages lugging baggage up and down many narrow stairs. La Spezia is a short train ride to all 5 of the towns and a perfect base to explore this area.

I have nothing negative to say about the host or apartment. For those who have mobility issues, note there is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, however David did carry my luggage up the stairs for me.

Our host was proactive, responsive and very helpful. His recommendations just worked without any issue. The flat is in a good distance from the railway station, while it is in the heart of the downtown.

The property was exactly what we needed for a longer stay. It was big, comfortable and had all the amenities for a nice stay. Perfect location in La Spezia. Close to the train station, restaurants and everything else you need. It was very nice to have a washing machine and a clothes dryer rack while we were there. The host was very friendly and super responsive to our messages. Would definitely stay there again!

No issue for us, but the property is on the third floor so might not be the best for anyone with mobility issues.

A large apartment with the bedroom at the rear with the window opening onto a quiet inner courtyard. Even the living room at the front was surprisingly quiet for such a vibrant area. Excellent air conditioning and double glazed windows. Beautifully renovated. Close to train station and restaurants, a perfect location. Extensive cable TV was a great bonus.

The stairs were a little challenging when carrying luggage, but overall the apartment was well worth that slight inconvenience.

Excellent host!! He accommodated early arrival and met us to handover keys; He also went through each room with us and explain all available facilities, gave us suggestions on transport, restaurants and tourists attractions in the area. The apartment is beautifully decorated, have all the necessary appliances and is very spacious and homey. The best is the location; it is in the heart of the main street and a very short walk from the train station.

A lift would be nice...but it is only a concern for heavy luggage. We managed though.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the train station. Cosy and spacious interiors equipped with all necessaries. Awesome balcony with great view.

We used this as a base while we explored Cinque Terra. This apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It's larger than we thought it'd be and was immaculately clean. It's a short walk from the railway station, and there is a grocery store and pharmacy within a minute or two walk. It faces a large square but the bedroom is in the back of the apartment and is totally quiet. The building itself may have other people living in it but we never heard anyone. We arrived early but the host was already there and was very helpful in making suggestions about what we should do and where to eat. If we are ever again in La Spezia we will most definitely try to rent this apartment again.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This wasn't a problem for my wife and I (the host carried up one of our suitcases) but it would obviously be a concern for those with impaired mobility.
