The location overlooking the harbour was really lovely particularly the all-day sound of water lapping.

The treacherous staircase - steep, narrow with broken steps at the bottom. Very unsuitable for solo, older traveller with heavy luggage. It should be clearly stated there is no lift and staircase is very steep. No light switch - at least none I could find - going up - pitch dark at nighttime- had to use the torch on my phone. The storeroom for the restaurant downstairs is adjacent to the apartment and staff smoke while using it or in the bottom of the stairwell so could smell smoke while inside. The kitchen is really, really tiny. The fridge is the tiniest bar fridge and sits under a tiny bench so to put things in or out you are literally kneeling on the floor crawling under the bench.Plus all the door shelving was missing so very, very limited space for fresh food. Apart from a couple of steak knives there were no sharp knives for cutting bread or vegetables.

The location was perfect The facilities were excellent

Beautiful view from our room, over looking the harbour. It was easy to catch the local bus to other places or you could choose to walk to the nearest town. The walk is lovely and is flat. Plenty of beaches to stop at along the way and is a great way to save money, as these towns are far cheaper. Walk out to the Faro Lighthouse bar in Portofino for a drink and great views.

The kitchen is too small. The fridge is tucked away under a bench that you can only reach if you crawl on your hands and knees. There was no adapter plug for the appliances, so we needed someone to come with one, so we could cook our dinner. The bus is efficient, but getting large bags down via many stairs and cobbles was a pain. Lots of stairs up to the apartment. The passage is dark, as the light does not come on unless you turn it on in the apartment to go down.

Knockout location, nice room, however in the summer heat the air con did not help at all in cooling down where you sleep, it was very difficult to sleep because it was so hot and stuffy

The location was brilliant , view from the window was beautiful.

Cars couldn’t get down to drop off near the property, so lugging cases over pebble stones hard. Not for elderly. We stayed for 3 nights, felt amenities could have been better at property.

Excellent location. Small studio apartment that was clean, modern and was right on the harbor. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly.
