But far away from the city, but easy taxi

location was great close to station and shops .very obliging easily contactable host Room was clean ,decorated and finished to a high standard

What we liked: that after a lot of discussion and pressure, we finally got to move into our expensive apartment on the second day.

We paid over €200 per night and unfortunately did not receive the apartment we had originally booked upon arrival. Instead, we were given a replacement apartment with several issues: a sofa with burn marks, a very poorly equipped, and windows that could hardly be opened due to the extreme noise from a four-lane road – making normal conversation inside almost impossible. On top of that, we were asked to pay high additional charges in cash without any receipt (tourist tax €42 for 2 people, plus €10 per day for the dog). Up to this day, we still have not received a proper invoice for either the room or the additional charges. Only after filing a complaint through Booking were we able to move into the originally booked apartment the following day. This apartment did match the photos and description and was fine. The location near the train station is convenient, but the area felt rather unpleasant due to a noticeable homelessness problem. Overall, given the high price and the disappointing start of our stay, the experience was unsatisfactory.

Zelfstandig appartement met 2 slaapkamers op korte loopafstand van het oude centrum van Bologne. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Fijn balkon voor wat extra ruimte en buitengevoel.

Voor mensen op doorreis is het handig als er wat basics in de keuken aanwezig zijn, zoals thee, olie, zout et cetera. Je kunt zelf koken, maar het is zonde als iedereen voor 1 of 2 keer koken deze basics zelf moet kopen.

Un poco descuidada la limpieza,cuando llegamos el piso estaba sucio. Espejo ddl baño muy alto,imposible de verse.

Camera spaziosa, ampia e luminosa. Bagno moderno, comodo. Tutto pulitissimo. A disposizione nella stanza due bottiglie d'acqua nel frigo e la macchinetta per il caffè. L'host ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno, il che a Bologna è quasi impossibile.

Administrator foarte amabil si de ajutor. Locatia foarte curata, perfect amplasata langa gara centrala si la aproximqtiv 15 minute de mers pana in centru. Locatie potrivita pentru a calatori cu trenul in alte orase din regiune.

Bucataria putea fi mai utilata.
