Scale per raggiungere l'appartamento molto ripide, però quando siamo arrivati il ragazzo delle pulizie è stato molto gentile a portarci su le valigie

L'appartamento è piccolino ma carino e dotato di tutti i confort, i proprietari molto gentili e tempestivi nel rispondere ai messaggi. Si trova a 2 passi dal Duomo, con tutto quello che serve a portata di mano, negozi, bar, ristoranti ed anche la farmacia. A 3/4 minuti il lungomare con spiaggia libera. Cefalù e la struttura meritano 5 stelle.

Unica pecca le scale per arrivare all'appartamento, molto ripide da segnalare alle persone che hanno difficoltà. Un consiglio ai proprietari, qualche rotolo di cartaigienica in più e dei sacchi per il pattume. Infine comunicare in maniera più chiara dove portare il pattume alla fine del soggiorno.

The location is right in the middle of the old part of Cefalu. It is in a pedestrian area where it is safe any time of the day, you can find everything within walking distance as well.

The description of the apartment was rather misleading. We were never notified that there were so many stairs. It is very challenging accessing the apartment since there are three flights of stairs with very steep steps and at different heights. It is very dangerous for young children, for older people, and handling luggages up and down. It does not indicate that it isn't wheelchair friendly and the apartment does not mention any stairs to access it. There is a single bed at the top of a very narrow spiral staircase, which is in a restricted space and dangerous to use. One of the bed legs sticks out of the edge where the spiral staircase starts because there is literally no space. Not safe for children. One cannot relax and use the bed to rest without worrying whilst turning in bed. One must note that the staircase also wobbly. If you switch on the air-conditioning units, electricity going off because it cannot handle the load plus the fridge and television. There is a hidden fee for making use of sheets. There is no indication of the hidden fee for sheets. The towels were clean but smelly, whilst the bed cover had dirty stains on them. The place is comfortable but all the above makes it a low type of accommodation.

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato segnato da diversi disagi. Le chiavi non si possono separare dalla scheda che attiva la corrente, il che ci ha causato problemi pratici: avendo un bambino con la febbre, ci siamo dovuti separare per gestire le necessità, ma senza possibilità di lasciare la corrente elettrica accesa nell'appartamento. La cucina era poco funzionale, tanto che non siamo riusciti nemmeno a preparare un semplice pasto. L’acqua della doccia era difficilissima da regolare: o bollente o ghiacciata. Abbiamo inoltre trovato dei piccoli insetti grigi nel letto, simili a pesciolini d’argento, cosa che ha reso il tutto poco piacevole. Per accedere all'appartamento bisogna salire delle rampe di scale molto ripide, decisamente scomode da affrontare con passeggino e bagagli. Infine, ci è stato chiesto di occuparci dello smaltimento dei rifiuti. Abbiamo rispettato la raccolta differenziata porta a porta, ma nel giorno in cui sarebbe passato l'organico non saremmo più stati presenti. Non era pensabile, essendo in vacanza, portarsi dietro i rifiuti. Ci dispiace dover lasciare una recensione negativa, ma questi aspetti hanno inciso molto sull’esperienza complessiva.

Clean location

Garbage disposal a bit complex but manageable.

We appreciated the washing machine and the two bathrooms.

Although I received lengthy directions the previous evening, with no host there to meet us, the whole process of using the various keys and accessing the hallway lighting would have been very difficult without the assistance of another owner who happened to be in the building. Although I had been notified the previous evening that there were several lots of steps to negotiate, the second level were extremely steep and very difficult to manage with luggage. The second bedroom was also very disappointing with one narrow bed and a steep spiral staircase to negotiate to reach the other bed. One of us then needed to sleep on the coach, less than ideal as she was ill at the time.

Location.

Trying to justify two single beds where one is located in a "mezzanine " and the other in a closet space. There is now way that this is suitable for 4 adults.
