Kompliziert beim einchecken und erst spät am nachmittag. Und am 17.00Uhr ist die Wohnung leider immer noch nicht geputzt. Stress pur.

Super godt sted, som ligger helt perfekt.

Vi var 4 personer, og der var kun 2 liggestole.

We booked for 6 adults and a baby and requested a cot and high chair. On the confirmation we were advised this could not be guaranteed. On arrival this translated to MGH revealing their policy not to supply baby equipment because previous guests had been stealing it. We ended up buying a travel cot because it was cheaper than using the link to rental equipment MGH provided as their ‘solution’ to the problem. The accommodation layout in the main apartment is good with a nice social space. The two separate bedrooms became an irritation as there a separate keys for each room and the access door to the terrace. These rooms are also separated by a flimsy sliding door that does not lock so there was no real privacy or soundproofing between the rooms. The sheets are too small when the beds are in the king size format. The apartment was tidy with no visible debris or marks however the floors had not been cleaned as we could see from how dirty our bare feet got. There is a bit of disrepair with shower head holders, light bulb replacement, AC not working and wonky blinds that needs addressing - we did raise this and only a broken shower door was fixed. On the whole - the irritation over the more minor problems would be more tolerable if we were provided with the baby items we requested instead of having to find a store and get what we needed.

While the location is not bad, the apartment is not easy to find and the apartment from the outside does not look as shown in the pictures. While the appartment was clean, the bathrooms are tiny. The worst was that the air conditioning was not cooling the house at all. We asked the host multiple times to come check and fix the AC, all they checked was that it was ON, but did not care to check if it is cooling the rooms or not. We were really disappointed specially since it was 90+ degrees outside. Did not enjoy the stay at all specially with the hot rooms since none of us slept a single day.

Nice apartment but no keys to bathrooms and no grill facilities

Apartment A26: “Sold”with aircon but could not cool down to more than 28 degrees at night. Rental company (Borgo Gasparina) suddenly said that is was an air freshener and not a aircon as explained in booking.com and their own website.

New, clean, nice pool and direct access to the lake.

All my communication with management leading up to our stay suggested they would be on top of everything at the property but there were some issues. For example, a very confusing digital entry system at the front gate was compounded by provision by email of a code that was recently changed (so the code provided to us would never have worked); a router that had no access to the internet (although the staff responded quickly and notified the provider to fix the problem in time for my meeting the next day); and lack of ready access to a store to buy food (a campground store was in walking distance but it had hardly any fruits or vegetables). There are two types of rental properties: those that remove all traces of the previous customer’s salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee filters, etc., and those that do not. This property is in the latter group; hence, necessitating purchase of all those things to effectively use the well-appointed kitchen. For this property, having some basic things in the kitchen would enhance value and convenience for the renter.

The agency that rents apartments and makes reservations doesn't really dig deep at all. We booked the apartment through Booking and a week before arrival we received many emails that our reservation would be cancelled. Their system was hacked. We tried to get in touch with them to confirm the reservation, but they did not respond. They contacted us only a day before arrival through the application. Very stressful and delayed communication. When we arrived at the apartment, we were disappointed because it was very superficially cleaned. In addition, in our yard there were scaffolding and craftsmen working on the building. We sent the agency pictures of the uncleaned apartment and pictures of the works in the yard, to which they replied that they were not aware that the works were in progress. They told us that they would send someone to clean the apartment for the bride. That person didn't show up. We travel a lot and this is the first time we leave a negative review because we are really disappointed. Although the apartment is in an excellent location, the overall impression is very disappointing.

Swimming pool was not heated may be in summer it would be useful not in October when I stayed

The apartment was very clean and self check is was easy, we were a family of 7 adults and 2 small children and everybody agreed on this was the perfect appartment and the perfect location, away form the busiest tourist places but also a short walk to the nearest town, Pesciera del Garda. The pool area was good and also very clean. And prepare for the greatest sunsets you have ever seen, absolutely stunning!

The only downside was that the cleaning crew showed up half an hour before our actual departure time was and just sat there stairing at us which we thought was strange as we already had agreed upon the departure time
