Molino Apartments

Brilliant view over the lake made the apartment really special. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stefano the owner was friendly and quick to respond to our queries. We liked Desenzano which was lively without being overrun with tourists.

The wonderfully warm welcome from Stefano and his daughter. He was in contact and very helpful. The location was breath taking.

Location was incredible. Good restaurants were very close, the host was very helpful, the port was 30 seconds of walking from the building and it was very clean.

The area can get noisy at night but not very. This is the price to pay for the incredible location.

The location was great. Clean rooms and excellent service.

Toilet doors don't have a lock.

The amazing view

We had a great holiday in this fabulous apartment (The Penthouse). The location is amazing and the view from the balcony breathtaking! Stefano is an outstanding host - excellent communication around the booking and very hospitable. When we had a problem with coffee machine he dealt with it immediately, even sending a video on how to use the new machine. I would highly recommend this property and its’ fabulous host!

Advertising was misleading. Listing showed many pictures of multiple places but most of the pictures were of a place with a balcony and lake view. It also advertised “choose the apartment that suites you”. But we ended up with one without a living room. Just a bedroom, kitchen, bath and obviously no balcony or water view. It’s also not self-check in. The listing provided reception hours. We arrived within them and then had to wait outside for the owner and a translator to show up. Very misleading posting. Read the reviews and you will see the same.
