The apartments are very well finished. The location is stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Outside of office hours there is no way to get hold of staff in an emergency.

The place is amazing would be nice if there was some small things like the basics salt etc but also towels on request.

More towels as extra towels were charged and bathroom items if your only traveling for a few days would be nice not to have to buy all the essentials

I travel a lot with my family and have seen a lot of properties. This one is really special ! Great big room with kitchen including all accessories needed. Everything is clean and renovated. Washing/Dryer room with extra cost. Prefect place to stay with the family !!!

Peaceful, quiet and very beautiful. There's actually a fully equipped kitchen.

Slow wifi

The apartments are beautiful, very high quality. The area is safe and secure with the parking and apartments behind gates with digital key pads. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Roberto who helped us out on a number of occasions. We were also given a late checkout without charge which was appreciated.

The golf course is advertised as on site but its actually around 1 mile walk away which was off putting for visiting the restaurant there. That might sound lazy but in 30+ degree heat it is off putting. The location is quite remote with Lake Garda 10-15 minutes away by car so its quiet but it prevents you wandering out for a meal and a drink. Someone always has to drive. There were loads of wasps around the pool in the afternoon. I have never experienced this on a holiday before and both my wife and I were stung which made relaxing by the pool difficult. Wasp traps should be put out to try and help the situation. There is a large flat screen tv in the lounge but only 1 English channel which is BBC world service. This was disappointing.
