"Wonderful apartment in the heart of Sorrento"

The location is superb, in the heart of the Old Town only 1 minute walk to Piazza Tasso but on a quieter side street. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host Francesco was friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

On Booking.com it says that payment will be taken in advance, but actually payment is made on arrival. Not an issue, but a bit confusing

"Superb stay in Sorrento; perfect base for exploring southern side of Bay of Naples"

Clean, modern feel and perfectly located for both Sorrento town centre (1 min) and Sorrento station (9 min). Easy access by rail to Pompeii and Herculaneum, and by ferry to Capri. Team were able to accommodate an early check-in. Check in was easy. We were given a number to contact if there were problem; when we had queries (eg WiFi code) they got back to us immediately. Flat was comfortable and had everything we needed, including coffee pods for the machine (thank you!!!). It was very quiet overnight/early morning. There was a bit of noise (pleasant background noise from a bustling Italian neighboured) during the day which we liked, but it may be an issue for some.

The team were not as responsive to early queries as others we have used on Booking.com. A more detailed inventory on the Booking.com would have negated need for this. This said, communication immediately before and during our stay was good. A lot of effort has been put into decorating of the flat. The paper is coming away in a couple of places and kitchenette needs descaling in a couple of places. It was not a problem for us, but 15-30mins work now would maintain this lovely property for a good time to come.

"A fabulous place to stay in Sorrento."

The apartment was really well appointed -with everything you needed. It had a really comfy bed and when we needed to contact the owner she was very quick to respond. Great location and very quiet at night despite being so close to everything.

It is 36 steps up to the door-but they are manageable!!
