Appartment in downtown Aosta with very good and quiet airco. It is easily reached and very close to the old city with ample, public parking space. Two bedrooms that sleep three people, with an extra child bed for a fourth Seht sind für 3 Gäste.

One has to close the windows to properly suppress the traffic noises (but the great airco makes up for this)

The location is excellent — within walking distance to the center of Aosta, yet conveniently accessible by car with easy and free parking just next to the apartment. The kitchen is very well-equipped and spacious, which made it great for a longer stay. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable, with a strong air conditioner in every room, which was a big plus during the summer. Overall, it had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.

The biggest issue for us was the noise. The apartment faces a busy main road, and despite closed windows, every passing motorcycle or car at night was clearly audible, which disturbed our sleep. The children's bed was also disappointing — it's a fold-out sofa, but of the very uncomfortable kind, with a big gap in the middle that made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Another downside was the impersonal nature of the service. It felt like we were dealing with a company rather than a person, which affected the experience. A major frustration was that only a few days before our arrival — after the payment was charged and cancellation was no longer possible — we were informed that bed linens and towels are not included, and would cost €20 per person. This felt unreasonable and poorly communicated. Even if it's legal or technically within the rules, they could easily choose to include it or at least inform guests at the time of booking. They also sent us a rather unfriendly list of "house rules" with warnings about cleanliness and potential fines, especially regarding the kitchen. In the end, they told us not to worry too much, but the tone of communication could definitely be more welcoming. We also had several specific questions before our trip that were not answered via Booking messages; we only received help after making a direct phone call.

Super modern and very comfortable apartment near the city centre. It is much better than the photos show. Maria is helpful and we were given all the relevant information in time.
