it was a little bit old and dirty

A good space and location for family travel. 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living room and useable kitchen. Location very close to Verona arena and city centre.

It would be nice if there was hand-soap in the bathroom or kitchen sink. Luckily we brought our own shampoo/soaps for showering. We used the laundry machine and placed a few t shirts outside the door but were told to keep them indoors. No space outdoor to leave washed clothes. Laundry machine and AC machine can use a good cleaning.

The location, very close to the center

This house needs urgently renovation.

The location of the property is good in terms of access to the main areas. It was very good to have the two bathrooms as well as the washing machine. It has many beds in the 2 bedrooms so it would be good for a large family, plus there is a sofa bed in the lounge room. You need to go to a separate office location to pick up the keys on arrival. It would have been better if there was a key lock or something similar to make it easier for arrival.

It was a bit noisy in the morning as it was right above childcare, and we heard babies/kids screaming early in the morning when they got dropped off. It was a bit hard to have only one set of physical keys when there were 3 of us. The windows can't be open as it's blocked from the outside. The floor is a bit dirty. One of the paintings has fallen off the wall in the lounge room, but it was just left on the floor, it looks neglected. The bathrooms had no hooks for the towels. Overall the facilities were very basic.

The location and the look of the property for lovely.

The aircon was very week and only in lounge. Bedrooms had no aircon/fans. Not acceptable at mid July. Irons coffees machine had strange plugs which did not fit anywhere so were unusable.
