The apartment is very modern, everything is new, furniture, bathroom, just great. Location is the best in town Anderson the view is very nice. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend.

The view, the owner's flexibility and availability for any issue, the location.

The location of the apartment and the view from it is fantastic. I enjoyed especially the big windows and that you see the mountains from everywhere.

Overall the apartment could have been cleaner and the communication felt slightly unprofessional. To me the place is a little overdecorated, which is of course my personal opinion. I also suggest to provide white cotton bed linen and white towels.

Our arrival was not fun. I had talked to our host and told him we would likely arrive around 6:00. Instead, we arrived after 7:00 and he could not wait for us. Thus, we arrived to a stiflingly hot apartment and it took a long time to find out how all the systems worked, including how to unlock the front door, how to close the curtains, etc. I would suggest that they leave a few pages in English explaining how everything works. That said, it is probably the best apartment available in central Merano. It is well equipped. The fixtures are attractive and best quality. The large balcony has a wonderful view over Merano to the mountains. Central Merano has a large pedestrian zone and is thus very quiet, as was the apartment. It is unfortunate that we were only there for one night and had no time to further enjoy the city and the apartment.
