The location, decorations and furniture were all in good condition.

It was winter and it was cold. It took a while to make the heating system work.

We loved our stay at Chiara's place! A wonderful location for exploring Turin - we walked everywhere but public transport is also nearby and easy. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved its style and the lovely powerful shower. It was perfect for what we needed and all communication, check-in and check-out all worked great. Thank you!

The rooms were large and airy with nice high celiings, It was nicely decorated, very clean, and the bathroom in particular was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen area was very small, although fairly well equipped. There were not enough sockets for the appliances - I had to use the toaster on the floor in the living room! There was a power cut but the host quickly remedied the problem.
