Very nice, excellent location

The location was very good, the owner was very nice and we liked it a lot ❤️

We loved the location and the apartment We liked the sitting room and the furnishings The bed was comfortable and the storage space was good The kitchenette was well equipped Everything was clean and welcoming

The shower room was so small that it was difficult to negotiate the toilet and barely enough room to stand in front of the basin - I hit my head twice on the projecting cupboard in the doorway There was a coffee machine that used capsules - the used ones were mouldy in the base, but there were no capsules available - there was ground coffee but no way of making it

Our host was SPECTACULAR! Not only did he make a great suggestion on how to get to the apt from the airport inexpensively but when a medical emergency happened he came to our rescue! In light of what was happening he gave us 2 extra nights when we asked if we could extend to recover! We are forever grateful! Also, the apt is fantastic, comfy, very clean and well located to everything!

We're pretty much minimalists and we didn't expect 5 stars conditions for $$. The best thing about this "many hundreds years" old apartment, is its location. It's only about 300m from the street everyone wants to be on - which means it's on ZTL area and you need a pass if you come by a car. It has a 0.5m balcony, a good mattress and a free parking on the extremely narrow & busy street - if you're lucky. That's all the good things about it. The price is fair though and accounts for all the minuses. Just be aware of them.

The bathroom is far too tight for a normal human being. Its size is 2x1m for 3 pieces. Hit my head many times using it. I couldn't use the toilette paper without going halfway out - LOL. The two of us had a lot of fun in the morning.
