Having to dispose of garbage? We traveled halfway around the city to do this and for the price we paid, iI think rubbish disposal should be part of the price…unheard of in my opinion and cleaning business!? 😞

The apartment is quite compact but very comfortable. It offers lovely little additions to the windows such as hand made embroideries, really old town and so quaint. There is a large bathroom, the shower works well with good water pressure. There is an efficient washing machine, but no detergent is supplied. Clean white linen but no top sheet. The kitchen has all required utensils allowing you to cook. There is a small coffee maker. The apartment is in a great location once you figure out how to get around it. Close and accessible to the port and to the different piazzas. Taxis cannot drop you to the front door as the apartment is in a pedestrian zone, so one needs to be aware that as the pavement is highly irregular, because of its vintage, it is difficult to drag and pull the luggage to the front door. The area is serviced with many coffee bars and restaurants, making the place quite buoyant and interesting.

The apartment offers a great kitchen, but NO TEA TOWELS or SPONGES to wipe the table and benches. We stayed for 7 days and cooked nightly and missed having these items. When we requested them, we were told that they do not supply them. There is a photocopied sign of a kitchen scrubber, which is the scrubber they provided, advising you not to use it but instead use the other, smaller sponges on the photocopy which they did not provide. All of the apartments we have been to over the last three months in Europe had the basic ingredients available, ie. salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, Olive oil and vinegar, but these were not provided at Trionfo 3. The internet can be at time unstable.

Exceptional host service, thank you for helping out with questions. Location was great, a lot of attractions close by and walking distance from train station (20min).

The perfectly located apartment in the old town offers a quiet and calm environment, ideal for a peaceful stay. The spaciousness and availability of all necessary appliances make it suitable for longer stays or families with children. Additionally, the convenient and easy check-in process enhances the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the apartment had a damp and humid smell, which persisted even with the windows open. It is possible that this issue improves during hotter weather, but it would be helpful for the host to open the windows before guests check-in to alleviate the odor.

The location is very good and the flat is very clean

The process to collect the keys on arrival and process our documents definitely needs to be improved. We arrived just before 7 pm but there was no one waiting for us. We were told that the keys were in a small safe attached to a rail next to the door but initially we could not find the safe (contrary to what we were told, it was not close to the door) and then we found the wrong safe (apparently, there are several properties in the area using the same key-collection method -- which can be very confusing). We were asked to scan and send the photos of our passports but we had to do it 2 or 3 times due to the photos allegedly not being of sufficient quality. All this can be acceptable in general but, given the high price of this property (nearly 250 EUR/night), I would have expected a better service.
