Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spricht italienisch, mit Übersetzer sind wir gut zurecht gekommen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, die Wohnung gut beheizt durch eine Pelletheizung, Pellets hat der Vermieter uns gebracht.

Uns hat alles gefallen, allerdings ist der Parkplatz im Parkhaus wirklich schwer zu erreichen, man sollte ein kleines Auto oder sehr gute Parkskills haben. Es gibt in dieser Straße keine öffentlichen Parkplätze.

Posto tranquillo pulito le foto rispecchiano la realtà, comodo per passeggiate lungo il lago con il cane, ottima vista lago.

Il parcheggio interrato iluna po' stretto per chi ha la macchina grande

Alles super geklappt. Handtücher waren da und Pfannen auch. Es gibt einen Badesteg gleich ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt und die Möglichkeit den privaten Seezugang/Pool zu nutzen.

Es ist ziemlich hellhörig und offensichtlich gehen auch Tiere (Hunde) ein und aus. Es gab Hundehaare.

"Overall, I can only recommend, the apartment is great for a family of 4-5. I would book it again."

Very friendly host. the location close to the lake is superb, private access to the lake is some 50 m from the apartment. The apartment was fully meeting our expectations for a pleasant stay of a big family (2+3). We typically do not watch TV on holidays, however Netflix was a pleasant bonus.

A few minor things that can be improved: - The description said the apartment has a washing machine. There was none. - The knives were really blunt - Such a nice apartment would deserve a dishwasher :-)
