Fantuzzi Palace - Luxury Apartments in a 16th-Century Palace Bologna

El palacio Fantuzzi, la entrada al apartamento… un lujo 😊

It is in prime location and just few minutes walk to the center. The loft was very comfortable and secure. Overall great experience. Self-Check in and communication with Marco was very smooth and he even managed to get a faulty drain fixed in no time.

The only slight disappointment was that there was only one shower for two bedrooms. We expected two bathrooms each equipped with its own shower. So e.g., two couples in one apartment will have to share the shower.

Perfect location. Spotless, clean apartment. Good kitchen facility and equipment. Very secure. Good communication. Walking distance to all the sites, restaurants, but on a quiet street in well-insulated apartment.

Tall people will have to watch carefully as this is the top floor with beautiful old exposed beams and support structures which may find your head. We got used to this. Wish we could have gotten another set of keys for other adult staying, but not available, but do understand as this would be 3 extra keys to give out prior to the electronic code on the apartment door.

Logement extrêmement agréable dans un palais à 2 pas du centre historique Piazza Maggiore (vraiment 2 pas). Tout confort, cosi, douillet. très calme. Parfait pour un séjour court comme long (on est resté 2 semaines). Magasins alimentation à 2 mn à pied, centre à 3 mn, restaurants partout On a tout fait à pied dans Bologne, très facile sous les Portico. Et le train régional extrêmement fiable pour rayonner vers PArme (top), Ravenne (top), Ferrare et Florence (top) Bologne, Une ville à vivre, pas uniquement à visiter

Quiet flat - information was accurate and instructions easy to follow. Fantastic service from the owners. Location in old town was perfect. Perfect for 1-2 persons.

Best possible location, great setting -- a palace is something different than the usual hotel! Great flat, everything as advertised, easy communication with the host. Overall a great place that I would definitely recommend.

People used to be smaller in these palaces so you need to pay attention not to hit your head sometimes. Also note that the checkin will be on a platform called "Chekin" (sic), which can look a bit similar to phishing attempts but is actually legitimate.

Very clean, well decorated & warm. Almost everything you might need for a stay was there. There was everything from detergent to water & drinks in the fridge and condiments. Marco was extremely responsive and helpful and was able to assist with all questions, including helping to book a taxi urgently when I had issues trying to get one to leave for the airport.

Slightly on the more expensive side, and the bed was much softer than I would have preferred.

Fantuzzi Palace apt is a beautiful living space. Well designed with exceptional taste & quality furnishing. You immediatefly feel the warmth & comfort of this wonderful space.
