The owners were wonderful. The attention to detail covered all needs for a family staying at their lovely apartment. We can’t fault it!

Absolutely lovely condominium…exceptionally spacious for a condo. The hosts were so thoughtful and left snacks, coffee and even milk for coffee. The location was perfect to go anywhere. The train station was approximately a 10 minute walk. The bonus is that it backs the botanical garden so there are lovely views. The place was so quiet within a city. We all enjoyed this place!

There is only one shower but two bathrooms.

Wonderful apartment, spacious, super clean, quiet, with many thoughtful details. Absolutely ideally located for exploring Bologna on foot. So many excellent restaurants, bars and bakeries v close by. Lovely people who own it- great, easy comms. Thank you.

Francesco and his wife is a super host! Everthing was perfect we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location: the historical downtown is a few minutes walk. I greatly recommend this location to everyone.

Very clean, practical, functional spaces, back of gardens, gated community, safety

Only thing is there is no AC and we don't know if it will be hot in summer. However the apartment was very cool and had good temperature in June

Very beautiful apartment in a great location with free parking. Host left the table set for us along with some snacks. Everything was just wonderful.

We only had one concern and that had to do with the neighbors who held loud parties the first two nights we stayed. The parties ended by midnight but when traveling we like to go to bed at 10:00 or so. The loud music meant we were up longer than we wanted to be.

The property was clean light and airy and quiet even though course to historic. Enter

There was nothing a didn’t like. No air conditions but lots of fans so may be warm in summer but perfect for our May holiday
