Il Terrazzino near Fiera with Parking

The hosts were very kind to us. The room and the bathroom are spacious and cozy, there's a beautiful terrace outside and everything was spotless. There was also a small breakfast included, if you expect an elaborate one you'll likely be disappointed but we didn't expect anything so it was a huge convenience to have prepacked croissants, jam and tea every morning/evening. The location is what sold this place to us, it's super close to the autostrada, there's an underground parking, a gas station right across the street and a metro station close by that goes straight to the centre of the city. The neighbourhood is super peaceful and there's not much traffic which makes it easy to navigate both by car and on foot.

Not much to mention here. It's a bit hard to find a sweet spot in the shower, the water either gets a bit too hot or a bit too cold and will often change temperature slightly on its own without it being adjusted at all. The garage is quite narrow and it can be tricky to park if you have a bigger car, your best bet is to park in reverse due to the position of the garage. Also, the place was pretty expensive for a studio apartment, but I suppose that's just how it is in Milan. We also unknowingly planned our trip to Milan right before the start of the annual design week so it may be that the prices went up due to that. I'm not sure. Either way, we enjoyed our stay very much.

A really “charming” studio with all the facilities one needs for a great stay if you are willing to travel by metro (which was very easy) to get to the centre of Milan. Also much much quieter than the centre.

Host was very friendly. The location was great (close to the metro station) and it offered a private parking space. I would definitely recommend this place!
