"Posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia e vista bellissima ha wi-fi, ma mancano cose essenziali"

Terrazza con vista stupenda!

C’è wi-fi ma mancano normali utensili da cucina: posate, pentole, affetta verdure, pela patate e di padella ce n’è una sola, mollette una. Di seggiola sul balcone una e pure rotta. Posto auto coperto ma molto stretto ad incastro con altre vetture va bene solo per utilitarie.

Zentrale Lage mit kurzen Weg zum Strand und Meerblick. Abstellmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage für Fahrräder vorhanden.

In der Küche gab es weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch eine Grundausstattung an Zucker, Salz und Kaffee. Das Gebäude ist in einem baulich, sehr zweifelhaften Zustand. Der Beton an den Balkonen ist teilweise abgebrochen. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon. Ist sofort zusammengebrochen und hat eine Platzwunde am Fuß hinterlassen.

Közel a strand,üzletek,éttermek.Jól hangszigetelő nyílászárók,szinte semmi zaj nem hallható kintről.Tiszta és kultúrált helyiségek.

A konyhai felszerelések lehetnének újabbak.
