The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the amenities are new. You can find a toaster, a conventional coffee machine, and one for capsules. Our room was located on the first floor, with a separate entrance from the outside. It has a main part where you find the spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, with large and comfortable beds. The views are amazing as you see the town lights dazzling at night. The property is located close to Mottolino Station and cross-country running tracks, but not as close to being reached on foot conveniently, it is better to take a bus. The bus stop is just across the street. The area is quiet and calm. There is a garage where you can leave the car, a separate ski room, and a parking place outside the building. The whole property is peaceful. The owners live in the place and are absolutely charming, helpful, and easy to reach.

If you have a large car it is not easy to fit in to the garage. But there is plenty of space outside.
