"Tolle Lage, ein altes Gebäude modern saniert ohne den alten Charme zu zerstören."

Zentrale Lage in der Laubengasse, wunderschönes Gebäude. Alte Räume, modernes Interieur. Schön mit dem alten Gebälk.

Im Schlafzimmer waren lose Jalousien außen angebracht, welche Nachts bei offenem Fenster klapperten. Gerne die Mülltrennung definieren.

Super Lage, alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich dunkel und die Luft war bei der Ankunft ziemlich abgestanden.

Eine bessere Lage in Bozen gibt es kaum, sehr, sehr zentral gelegen.

Leider kein einziges Fenster, wo man hätte rausschauen können… Zwei Dachfenster im Schlafzimmer, sehr kleine, ein Fenster im Wohnzimmer, das zu einem Lichthof rausgeht, wo man auch die Nachbarn der anderen Apartments gegenüber sehen konnte.

Power cuts out if you overload capacity (which is easily done with the hob on). But instructions are clear on how to access the man breaker box. Staff are friendly too :). To solve, just disable the boiler whilst cooking…
