"Wir kommen wieder 😊"

Wir waren 14 Tage in App.4, super Blick auf den Gardasee. Supermarkt um die Ecke, dort auch sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.

"Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Beanstandungen."

Größe war super, Balkon mit tollem Seeblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt neben an. Gute Lage zur Altstadt und Restaurants. Pool war immer sauber.

Keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist allgemein recht hellhörig. Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Tagesdecken auf den Sofas hatten leider Flecken. Klimaanlage kostet Aufpreis (5€ pro Tag) der Bar zu entrichten ist. Diese Info war nur einmal in der Fußnote einer Mail ersichtlich.

Ubytování bylo naprosto v pořádku. Nic nám nechybělo. Obchod hned vedle jako bonus.

Jediné co bychom dodali jsou lehátka k bazénu. Při plné obsazenosti apartmánů bylo 8 lehátek opravdu málo.

Apartement had geen ontbiijt maar volledig ingerichte keuken met vaatwasser. Supermarkt voor boodschappen op 1 minuut lopen was erg prettig.

tweede toilet was prettig geweest. En veel traplopen.

- Blick auf den See - gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool - gute Lage, man konnte zum See laufen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab es direkt nebenan - gute Kommunikation - sehr großzügiges Appartement - gute WLAN Verbindung

- zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck um den Geschirrspüler effizient nutzen zu können - Herd war nicht vollständig nutzbar, da sonst die Sicherung rausfliegt - mehrere Steckdosenadapater wären gut gewesen um elektrische Geräte sicher nutzen zu können - es gab keinen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern - Auto konnte nicht auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden, sondern auf dem Supermarkt Parkplatz - Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Balkonen sehr minimalistisch, gerade wenn mehr als 2 Personen da sind

"Great apartment and location - check the fine print!"

Really easy to book and get keys - host was very flexible - Booking.com message and standard phone messages work fine. The bedrooms are large, good facilities in the apartment. Pool was clean and lots of sun beds and an excellent location for the apartment in Moniga with a supermarket so close and a short walk into town. Very quiet and a great view from the balcony at the front.

When booking there was confusion due to the way Booking.com presents info - you have to check the fine print and can't rely on the icon list of provided features: - Using the Aircon is extra - under "miscellaneous" it NOW says that aircon is an additional charge, didn't think that was there when we booked, but under "great for your stay" it does not. - Linen for the beds is not included in the price - every other place I have stayed at includes linen, but it is extra - the main icon list of facilities has that as included with no note about it being an extra cost, so we didn't check, you have to look in the small print. - Same for the towels. So it ended up being 105EUR more for those features for the week but the Booking.com icon says that they were "facilities" - so maybe this is a Booking,com presentation problem? The pool is a small pool suitable for a dip but not really for swimming.

"A great spot to stay for families in a smaller but bustling resort."

We liked the beautiful views from 3 balconies. The apartment was very clean, well equipped snd spacious. The location was good for walking into town, the beach and was right next to a supermarket. Parking was easy next to the property, The host Antonella was really welcoming and gave us some good ideas for places to visit. The garden/pool area was lovely and very well maintained.

It would have been nice to have been able to check in a little earlier.
