The building is very good, traditional italian style And very beautiful arts in the room House owner also perfectly kind, beautiful and very good For this hospitality I would spend whole my life in this place

The location is great, the building is very nice, the host was reactive and very kind.

The beddings and towels ware paid and it is not so clear on the reservation. So, I was aware of through the reviews. It would be a huge plus providing the beddings like any other accommodation in the same region!

Great location. And we were able to check in earlier which was super helpful.

I thought it would at least have a toaster and kettle. No tea towel to dry dishes.

The location, the flat is in the city center.

We saw that the sheets and towels weren't included but we were surprised of the price. 30 euros for two beds! It was expensive for just sheets. And one bed is good but the other is really not confortable. We can feel the spring.

"DISASTER AND NIGHTMARE"

Nothing. It's a disaster. The host was late to the check-in time for 1 hour. We where in only after call to the police. (!!!) No wi-fi (or ,the host didn't show). No adapter for hair dryer.

Nightmare! Worst experience in 10 years of using booking.com! Totally disorganised and badly mannered hostess. Was 1 hour late to hand over the keys (attached photo,). Made exaggerated demands to provide documents. As a result, we could only get into the paid flat after calling the police. It is a shame!

"disappointing"

it was close to the old town

if you want towels they charge €15, it was noisy , the shower water went cold very quickly and at night it got extremely noisy- couldn’t sleep
