The room is very nice and spacious. Mattia is an amazing host and communication with him is easy. Walking distance to the city center is a big plus. WiFi was fast enough for remote work

The only downside was that kitchen amenities were a bit sparse

"Everything was perfect and the host is a very kind and helpful"

The property is very close to the center, just a few minutes walk distance and we didn’t have to use our car which was safe in a specious garage (at the property)

The location and different to a hotel… able to self cater

We thought that there would be a sofa, but there was non. The kitchen facilities were basic… no chopping board, wooden spoons, no ovenproof dish… not really set up to cook, or warm up, ei. No microwave
