Nas datas que estive no apartamento a temperatura média do exterior era cerca de 35°. Foi necessário ligar o Ar Condicionado durante a noite e o aparelho faziia muito barulho.

Apartment realy corresponds its naming - just perfect. Right around the corner from Duomo, but quiet, expecially in the bedroom, close distance to everything.

Property is extremely well located right in the center of Como and very close to everything.

We had an issue with both Air conditioners of the property.. Owner supposedly went to check them and fix them, but was only able to “fix” one of them. The other AC never worked and the owner gave us an answer/excuse almost 10 hours after our last communication and telling us they weren’t going to fix it. I was very dissapointed with the way that she dealt with the issue with both air conditioners. If they advertise the Apartment as having air conditioner they have to make sure that they are in perfect condition and working properly for your guests. After all, it is Summer and the weather is hot!! She mentioned that the AC in the room was shutting down because it was set to a “too cold temperature”. She reset it to 20 degrees and the AC kept turning on and off every ten minutes, making horrible and annoying sounds all night, making it impossible to sleep and rest properly. No one was able to have a good night sleep with that constant noise. Our daughter had to sleep on the floor, in our room with us, because the AC in the living room never worked and it was unbearable to sleep in the living room without AC and the heat. In the end, the owner even tried to make us at fault for the AC not working.

Emplacement idéal dans Côme, au centre et près du lac, lumineux et agréable, top!

Great room, comfy bed, very good air conditioning, good bathroom, easy check in and out. We took the tram into the center because it was too hot to walk. Would stay again!

Excellent host, great location, very clean and quiet apartment. Hope have opportunity to come back.
