L'appartamento, fresco e in ottima posizione vicina al centro, è ristrutturato e arredato con grande cura e gusto. Giulio si è premurato di darci tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno a Matera e ci ha contattati per sapere se tutto procecesse per il meglio. Sua moglie ha preparato per noi ottimi dolci. Infine Matera è spettacolare :)

Alojamento muito limpo, bem localizado (muito próximo do centro de Matera), com boas áreas, estacionamento disponível nas redondezas, excelente pequeno-almoço, colchões das camas muito confortáveis. Nota máxima para o anfitrião, o Giulio! Uma pessoa muito atenciosa e sempre disponível . Recebeu-nos muito bem, deu dicas de Matera e ajudou-nós em tudo o que precisamos.

Giulio was really great. He picked us up from the bus stop and took us to our accommodation. Gave us great information about Matera & places to visit. Very comfortable stay. Made their lovely accommodation more comfortable for us. Great breakfast and extras. Top rate.

Absolutely everything! Great location a few minutes walk from the center of Matera. Great appartement. The hosts were very kind, greeting us and helping us to find a parking spot. Additionally, they advised us on where to go for food and what to do in Matera; we only did things suggested by them and had an incredible time. Truly wonderful people. We highly recommend you book this place if you visit Matera!

The kindness of the welcome and the kind attentions. The owner was really friendly and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. The appartment was clean and not far from center.

A spacios first floor apartment that is within 10 mins walking distance of Matera centre.It is very well furnished,tastefully decorated and very clean.Both the kitchen and shower room are good with modern fittings.There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

Finding a free parking space was difficult.

We had an amazing time here. The apartment is big, cosy and very clean. The host was very helpful and friendly. He even brought us a home made pie, water bottles and delicious food for breakfast. Would love to get back someday. It’s ten minute walk from histrical center. Parking is free if you manage to get a spot on the street. It only needs a little patience.
