Bom custo benefício. Bem próximo ao centro. Apartamento novo, estava limpo, ótimo espaço.

Dois banheiros; em um deles o chuveiro não esquentava. No outro, após 2 minutos com chuveiro ligado a chave de energia caía. Essa situação se repetiu várias vezes.

Gostamos de tudo, apenas o chuveiro do banheiro. Principal estava queimado e causou um transtorno no banho estávamos em 4 pessoas E a energia cai rápido no disjuntor tem que religar
