"Great location, clean and comfortable apartment."

Great location within the centro storico, good room size, clean with good kitchen amenities and space.

When I asked for the location for check in, I wasn't advised that this was a pedestrian zone only, so I drove towards the office when I should have parked outside the zone. Communication pre-stay wasn't great. It was quite tricky to find parking nearby, but it was a very busy Italy vacation week.

"Bad experience :("

Nice apartment in a good location

Staff were quite rude and overcharged us for arriving late, they charged an extra 10 euros even though we already paid 50 euros for arriving before 1am (due to delayed flight) this extra charge is not listed on booking.com or in the information they sent us, they just made this extra cost up on the spot, we tried to discuss it with them but they were very rude, it wasn’t a great start to our trip but every where else we stayed in Puglia was amazing with lovely hosts. Poor information regarding parking too.

"A chance to live a few days in somewhere very different"

Lovely character stay - yes it’s a semi cellar but there was natural light of some kind coming into every area. We found it spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out in the small quiet alley by the front door- made it into an alfresco area which felt private and fun. The kitchen was well equipped and as we are on a long touring trip it made a change to eat at home a little and also to use washing machine was helpful - I hung it all out like a local! The staff at the nearby office were always on hand and extremely helpful. A great stay. Oh and so close to all the great places in Monopoli - and there are many - yet quiet and peaceful.

"Great location!"

Location in the old town was great with everything in walking distance. Place was spacious, comfortable and clean, and included a washing machine and small clothesline which was a big win for us. Staff were lovely and helped us with restaurant recommendations and where to find free parking in town.
