For non refundable rate plans, the guest will need to guarantee booked reservations by providing a credit card registred to the same name, moreover the property will ask to show another credit card, if the name of the guest does not match the one on the card used for the booking. In case of anticipated check-out, the property will charge the guest the total amount of the reservation. Bookings of more than two rooms, could generate different conditions and extra charges, that will be communicated from the property after the initial reservation phase. For late check-ins a penalty of € 30,00 (for arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00) or € 50,00 (for arrivals between 21:00 and 24:00) will be applied. The penalty must be paid at the time of check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
