Appartment was large, space and comfortable with a stunning view of the mountains, nearby the gondla lift. The only thing missing in the kitchen was the microwave.

Unfortunately we felt that communication from Michaela’s side could have been more proactive, as we did not receive additional information without requesting it. Additionally, we experienced interactions that did not meet our expectation in terms of courtesy and respect. While we understand that handling concerns during a holiday is not ideal for anyone, we found ourselves on a situation where it was necessary. This impacted on our overall experience and enjoyment of our trip.

Hostess was lovely and very helpful, she went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

The property is at a great location near the main ski lifts. The owner let us check out later in the day which allowed us to go to hit the slopes in the morning then shower and get ready before we had to leave. The owner also welcomed us with some delicious cherry liquor.

The only tiny issue that we all had was that the pillows were very soft and we needed either an extra pillow or one that was tougher.
