Fantastic location in Las Palmas GC in pedestrian area. Walking distance to everything. The apartment is comfortable, the view amazing and the sound of the sea is wonderful. Apartment has everything you need for a holiday stay. Loved the caretaker, Gulliermo, he was sound!

There is nothing to dislike. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment, and hope to return soon.

We spent a lovely 12 days in this apartment. The view was incredible, and the apartment is in a prime position with a panoramic scene beyond the windows overlooking the beach, letting in the sea breeze when you opened them. We had our meals looking out over the sea with beautiful views of the sunset. The apartment was well and thoughtfully equipped, clean and had a well arranged space to accommodate us. There were beach towels provided as well as regular towels which we very much appreciated. There was a bottle of water, bottle of wine and box of chocolates in the apartment for us when we arrived, making us feel very welcome. The building is well maintained as well and we enjoyed our chats with the friendly porter. The sea was calm in the mornings and great for a swim to look at the multitude of colourful fish which you encounter even just a few meters from the shore. The street outside offers restaurants and shops which are open until late. We had a lovely introduction to the flat when we arrived as we were met by a representative who gave us our keys and explained to us about the apartment and local amenities. All in all it was a highlight of our trip and one of the best properties of its type we’ve ever stayed in. Thank you so much!

Great location right on the beach. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants, close to groceries. l would stay here aga.
