Great location, short walk to Ortigia but quiet and easy to park. Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with lots of seating in living area.

Perfect location to explore Ortigia by foot. Many bars ,restaurants and cafes close by . Easy parking right outside the door.

Fantastic placevery nice. Shops all around, good panaderia and beach at 200 meters. In additional there is a direct bus from the train to the place. Circulaire verde. Perfect location

We had a pleasant stay. The bed and bed linen are very comfy. The appartment is spacious and well equipped, even had a washer which was nice halfway during our holiday. Host was friendly and accommodating. Free parking in the street in front of the building was very convenient.

We did find it a bit far from the centre. Walking to like the main square at the far end of the centre is a good 20/25 minute walk. (Ofcourse there are nice restaurants closer by). Also we felt the aircon wasn’t very powerful. The coldest setting did get the room to a comfortable 20 Celsius but not much colder. Also it’s connected to the key lock so when you leave and take the keys with you the aircon turns off and takes quite some time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I thought the price was a bit high for what you get but then again if you are with 4 people and split the cost it’s a good deal :)
