Romantic Laghée

Great little position

It would have been preferred to have prior knowledge of the fold away bed during the booking process

Excellent views, just as shown in the pictures. Location was 5 min walk to the train station The apartment was neat, well maintained and spacious. We had an issue during check-in and the property manager was very quick to respond and helped us out with no fuss.

Bed was a convertible sofa cum bed, which was not clear from the posting. Would have appreciated if this was mentioned clearly under property description. Apartment is on the third floor and stairs were pretty steep. Specially difficult with big luggage. Minor issue, but basic toiletries like shower gel were not provided

Romantic Laghée is superbly located on a third floor in a quiet laneway in the small town of Bellano, Como. Its a modern apartment, that was very clean and nicely decorated. It felt bright and airy, especially when we opened the window shutters to the balcony. There is an amazing view from the balcony overlooking Bellano harbour and Lake Como with mountains in the distance. You can also see the alps. There is a Euro Spin grocery shop a short walk away. There is also many restaurants for eating. We ate most evenings at Ristorante Pizzeria Bernina, which was a short walk from Romantic Laghée and found the food good and prices reasonable, more so than Varenna & other tourist towns. The living area was large. The bed was a fold down type with a firm mattress. It was very comfortable. The was a washing machine provided but we did not use. The kitchen was well equipped with electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom was excellent and roomy. There is a ferry point 5 minutes walk from the apartment and the railway station is about 10 minutes walk. Take the time to explore Bellano. It is worth it. During our stay at Romantic Laghée, we felt safe and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and during the evenings watching sunrise and sunset. We chose Romantic Laghée for its location and the wonderful view.

Its located on the third floor, so it might not suit everyone. For us it was not a problem. It is worth the climb to experience the wonderful view you get from the apartment.

Beautiful view! Town is quiet and peaceful! Ferry to the Bellagio but stay in Bellano for beautiful view.

. The key box is in the mailbox...hard to reach and see. It's a Murphy bed....in the living room. Surprisingly comfortable

It’s on the third floor without elevator

The apartment is bigger than looks in pictures. Design is lovely and cozy. Apartment was clean and tidy. Location is spot on, just 10min walk from train station and 1min walk from ferry! Lots of restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony was stunning. Wifi connection not great but didn't really matter to us as we used our own data on phones. Very clear instructions on where to find the keys and how to get to the apartment. Really recommend this apartment!
