Casa Gio'

Wonderful hosts. Comfortable and well-supplied, even had umbrellas and chairs for us to use at beach. Secure and peaceful location with gated entrance. Exceptionally hot weather while we were there, but air conditioning units in bedroom and main room easily and quickly cooled the house when we were there.

Truly nothing I didn't like. Everything worked well and met our needs. Perhaps we could have stayed closer to the things we did in Cagliari, but it wasn't long or far to drive there.

We appreciated the fact we could do the check in later in the evening (8pm) and despite not speaking word in English, the owners were very friendly and tried to give us all the info about the best places to visit. The house was very clean and had private and safe parking for our car.

The only thing we didn't appreciate was the non existent soundproof in from the house, as we could hear every single sound and movement from above us and next door. We couldnt rest or sleep before midnight and neither after 6am, after 5 nights in a row, we were very exhausted. Plus, in the first and last night, the guests next door woke us up in the middle of the night with their careless noise. If you're a light sleeper or if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, maybe you'll face some challenges.

The villa is very beauiful, it is full of flowers and amazing bushes and trees. The accomodation is very comfortable and cosy. It has got its own terrace. The shop, the cafe and the pharmacy are within 1-2 minute walk. The owners are very nice and helpful. They made my stay very special.

All was perfect.

I did't find what to do in Assemini. ( Stay during public holidays)

Nicola and Simona are wonderful hosts, wonderful people, very welcoming, very helpful, very polite. The apartments have everything that's required for short as well as longer stays. Recently renovated,.very clean and very comfortable.

Very attentive owner. The flat is exceptionally well equipped, I liked the thought in providing everything for a comfortable stay, including kitchen equipment / coffee / spices, laundry detergents, cosmetics etc, even Netflix. It has a parking spot and a gas station literally next doors but is also a 10 min walk from a train station, a small supermarket 3 min away. Great location to explore Cagliari and its surroundings.

Nice apartment, great garden, fully equiped kitchen and the nicest hosts ever.
