Bagno piccolo e essendo in centro storico a causa della ztl non si puo' sempre entrare con la macchina

Good location and quiet area.

From the moment we arrived, this stay was not what we expected. First, the payment process was a nightmare. If you use certain banks, their system simply won’t accept your card. Luckily, we had a backup card from a different bank, or we wouldn't have been able to pay. Instead of helping calmly, the situation was handled very poorly. A staff member, after several payment attempt in s, called the owner, who showed up with a very unpleasant attitude. He was rude, unwelcoming, and giving us a feeling that he did not trust our card – an outrageous and offensive assumption, especially within the first hour of our stay. Now, regarding the apartment itself – please take a close look at the photos we’ve attached, as they show the real condition of the place, which is far from what’s advertised in the listing. • Interior Condition: The place is run-down, with peeling paint and multiple unfinished wall repairs. Scratches and marks everywhere make it feel neglected. • Bathroom: Extremely small – it’s hard to move around, and the shower space is so tight you don’t even want to touch the walls. It’s no surprise there aren’t proper photos of it in the listing. We took our own. • Kitchen: Overfilled with leftover food and items from previous guests, leaving no room for your own groceries. • Bedroom: The air condition is poorly positioned – blowing directly onto one side of the bed. If it’s on, you freeze. If it’s off, you overheat. Very uncomfortable. • Laundry: The washing machine looks ancient, dirty, and mouldy. Even if you decide to use it, there's no drying rack available, so you’re left with nowhere to dry clothes apart from two old and dirty cables outside the window. • Outdoor Area: The outdoor space looks beautiful in the listing photos – but don’t be fooled. In reality, it’s messy, poorly maintained, and there’s not even a table or chairs to enjoy it. Overall, we felt misled by the listing and uncomfortable throughout the stay.

Situación fantastica cerca de todo. Apartamento amplio.

Sofà cama incomodo pero para pasar una noche se puede soportar.

We were warmly welcomed by the personnel. Good location. Spacious & clean.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione nel centro di Cagliari quartiere Castello. Le stanze sono ben arredate e confortevoli. Pulizia ottima.Check-in e ceck-out facili e veloci.

L'unico problema è che c'era un cattivo e persistente odore di umidità. Un consiglio potrebbe essere quello di installare la ventilazione meccanica o un deumidificatore che funzioni H24.

The sofa in living room is worn out so 2 people cant actually sleep on it. No dishwasher. Washing maschine worn out.
