Las instalaciones muy completas, el piso bastante nuevo y fresco.

O apartamento era espaçoso, bem equipado e bem decorado. Muito perto do centro, conseguimos visitar a cidade sem usar o carro.

Como está localizado no centro histórico, não podemos deixar o carro perto do apartamento. Era importante os proprietários/anfitriões partilharem informação sobre onde estacionar.

Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt ist ausgezeichnet. Das Appartement ist individuell & sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die Belüftung des Appartements ist leider nicht optimal. Es riecht feucht und im Bad bildet sich an mehreren Stellen schon Schimmel.

The location of the property was great!

There were some misunderstanding between the booking details and real situation of the apartment. First , we booked the apartment with small garden place and city view, on the end we got the one on the ground floor which didn't have any view, without natural / outside brightness, there wasn't washing machine ( and nobody informed us before that apartment doesn't have washing machine). Due to fact that apartment was on the ground floor and in old city building, it smelled awfully humid all the time that even air conditioners and opening the windows couldn't helped at all. The apartment is very poor equipped in the bathroom ( there is no place where you can leave the towels or any other cosmetic things). Also, the kitchen could be better equipped by dishes.

The apartment is the old town of Cagliari, close to the cathedral Santa Maria, the museum of Archaeology and Saint Remy Bastione, The apartment was spacious with two air condition units one in the bedroom and one in the front room, a walking shower in the bathroom and a washing machine away from the kitchen and bathroom, there is a open area in the apartment. there are two TV one in bedroom and one in the main room both with Netflix and satellite. Excellent apartment

The apartment is in the old Town on a Hight, if you have walking difficulty, I would not recommend this apartment. There is No public Transports near by, the street are cobblestone and there stairs in some street. There are no Supermarkets near by .

El propietari ha estat molt atent. La decoració i instal•lacions són fantàstiques.
