La posizione ottima in pieno centro storico, la pulizia molto buona con un ottimo gusto estetico per l'arredamento moderno. Il bagno molto comodo con bella doccia grande.

Essendo al piano terra di un vicolo stretto, l'appartamento risultava troppo in ombra e con poca aria di ricircolo. Inoltre non mi è piaciuta la finestra della camera da letto che si affaccia nell'androne delle scale.

La posizione in zona centrale ma tranquilla, gli arredi curati (tutto davvero molto carino, perfino le posate sono dorate), la pulizia, elettrodomestici nonché materassi e cuscini molto comodi (cosa assolutamente non scontata). Ragazzo che ci ha illustrato i servizi e ci ha consegnato le chiavi, molto gentile e disponibile.

Una sciocchezza di poco conto: vista la presenza della macchina Nespresso, non sarebbero guastate un paio di capsule per il caffè come benvenuto... L'assenza di luce naturale, perché il locale si trova al pian terreno in una stradina molto stretta, anche se la cura e l'aspetto degli interni per me compensa l'assenza di vista panoramica.
