I would like to share my formal feedback regarding the apartment I recently stayed in, as it does not justify the high price being charged and falls significantly short of the quality standards advertised on your platform. The property’s online presentation does not accurately reflect reality, and it appears that the photos have been heavily edited, possibly through Photoshop or artificial intelligence enhancement. Please find attached the photographs as supporting evidence. Issues observed: • Presence of mold in the bathroom • Mold inside and outside the shower area • Toilet seat does not fit properly, moves, and feels unsafe • Toilet is visibly dirty both inside and outside • Dust accumulation on all furniture • Dust on lamps and baseboards • Loose and unsafe electrical outlets, posing a risk of electric shock • Hair dryer not functioning • Microwave burnt and unsafe to use • Unmarked steps in the bathroom, representing a potential tripping hazard • Sharp or broken tile edges in the bathroom steps, creating a risk of injury • Bathroom mirror edges in poor condition and non-functioning light bulb • Shower head in poor condition, leaking and with low water pressure • Oven extremely dirty, emitting smoke when in use • The apartment requires a general repaint throughout Additionally, it should be clearly stated in the property description that the apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator, to avoid misleading elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Given these conditions, the apartment does not meet the standards or expectations set by its listing, especially considering the elevated price. I am not someone who normally files complaints, and I assure you that all the information provided is accurate and supported by photographic evidence.

Appartement vétuste avec le couvercle des toilettes qui ne tient pas à l'ouverture, on se le prend sur le dos

In primul rand am apreciat amabilitatea si operativitatea gazdei, Elisa. A fost foarte draguta si a raspuns prompt la toate mesajele pe care i le-am trimis. Multumim, Elisa, esti o persoana deosebita! Iar accesul in cladire si in apartament se face foarte usor! In al doilea rand, amplasamentul apartamentului este grozava: foarte aproape de tot: terase, magazine, obiective turistice. orinde plecam ajungeam foarte repede. Plus ca Google Maps ne-a fost de mare ajutor! Facilitatile camerei au fost bune. Noi am stat 3 nopti si, fiind mai mult plecati, am ajuns in apartament doar pentru a ne schimba hainele sau a ne odihni. Dotarile au fost suficiente, apa calda, prosoape, ustensile de bucatarie. Toate suficiente si curate :) Nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Asa cum am vazut in alte postari, capacul de la toaleta nu sta ridicat, dar am observat ca asa este construit, nu este vreo defectiune. Baia fiind foarte ingusta, daca montau toaleta mai in fata, n-ai mai fi avut loc sa te asezi pe WC. Noi am gasit solutia, am fixat capacul cu cablul de la masina de spalat, de vasul de apa de la toaleta.

Desi ma asteptam ca apartamentul sa arate asa, datorita faptului ca este intr-o cladire veche, totusi mi-a parut rau sa vad ca este usor invechit: gresia, peretii... Eu as fi pus parchet pe jos si as fi lasat grinzile de pe tavan nevopsite, in culoarea lor naturala de lemn. Este doar o sugestie, totusi a costat destul de mult pe noapte (peste 100 euro) si m-as fi asteptat sa arate mai nou, mai modern. Ceea ce ne-a deranjat cel mai tare este faptul ca nu am putut dormi cu geamurile deschise in camera, deoarece plasa de tantari este stricata. Doar cea de la bucatarie este in regula si aici am lasat ferestrele deschise.

Cazarea este la 2 minute distanta de Turnul din Pisa. Apartamentul are toate facilitățile necesare, zona este liniștită.

Lokalizacja blisko wieży ok. 3 min. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Dobra baza na krótki pobyt. Ogólnie polecam.

Słaba klimatyzacja, nie daje rady schłodzić pokoju . Lepiej było otworzyć okno na noc.
