Villa Sicilia Apartment

Huge space and parking available within the premises. Ideal for up to 5 people and one car. Two cars are inconvenient for parking. Kitchen stocked with all pans and cutlery to cook for 5 people. There is a fan oven and an electric oven too, but no microwave. A/C is almost in every room. Two toilets, one on each floor.

Share villa, not entirely private to you. However, I was not bothered by it, but some travellers might. The key set includes the gate remote, the light switch key, and the front door key, all chained to a small padlock. If anyone from your party wants to run for a quick grocery shopping, they will leave the house in darkness until you open the gate and return the light key switch back to the house. A bit of a hassle, but I understand why they did it. Some maintenance and some other stuff malfunctioning here and there at the property, and not much have been solved during the stay.

We cooked all ourselves. It was easy and convenient after shopping. Lidl-shop is 5-7 mins away by car. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and serving. The dining area is quite big with 6 seats. The bedrooms are quite big and comfortable, just to have good rest. Two bathrooms provide quite comfortable conditions for a big family. The sitting area is also quite extensive and good for communication. The terrace is just fantastic, I imagine it can be the area for most enjoyable conversations over the spring-summer time, but we were just after X-mas and did not use it a lot.

I'm not sure something can be done better, there is no specific complains.

It was very comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen. Has a secure parking behind a gate. Has a relaxing surrounding garden. Bedrooms were of adequate size. Big and comfortable living area.

Bathrooms are a bit dated.

The apartment is a two floors house. Very comfortable as the kitchen and the living room were on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second. Huge terraces on both floors. There was a big surprise from the mother of the owner - a welcome cake. It was very tasty and 😋. Very important for the car travellers - parking within the yard of the house. Perfect and safety.

We were with a car and the location was perfect. If you want to go with a public transport, it is difficult as there is a lot of traffic, difficult for pedestrians and the stops are not close to the house.

Very nice, clean, nice host, great courtyard.

Nearby there were apartment buildings that ran diesel generators for electricity. They were very noisy and made it very difficult to sleep- I woke up many times. I don’t know if this happens all the time or just then.

A lot of space in the house, big parking, good contact.

A bit dirty, we had to wash the dishses before we used them.

Parking inside the house, air-conditioning, VERY CLEAN. Highly recommended.

Perfect parkingplace, quite neiborhood, beautiful garden, terrace, easy communication. We had really nice surprise - really tasty welcome cake. Lovely neighbours. Felt like home for 3 days.
