I recently stayed at the Al Bastione Holiday House in Palermo, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality. The owner Tiziana went above and beyond to make sure that I had a wonderful stay. When I arrived, they greeted me with a warm welcome. They then showed me to my room, which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. During my stay, Tiziana was always happy to help me with anything I needed. They helped me book tours, find restaurants, and even arranged a taxi or drive me when I needed to go out. She was always so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Al Bastione Holiday House to anyone visiting Palermo. It is a truly special place, and Tiziana is the perfect host. Here are some specific examples of the extra steps that Tiziana took to make my stay enjoyable. She helped me find a great restaurant for dinner on my first night in town. She gave me a list of all the must-see attractions in Palermo. She arranged a taxi for me from the airport when I was comming. She even gave me a lift to the train station when I was going to visit another city. I felt so cared for and looked after during my stay at the Al Bastione Holiday House and I can't wait to go back someday.
